What to Expect
Right before using your kit, brush and floss your teeth to prepare them for bleaching. Place a very small drop of the gel on the front side of every tooth in the whitening tray. The drop should only reach about halfway through the tray. Do not shake or spread the gel around the tray.
Insert the whitening tray firmly against your teeth and leave on for two hours. Afterwards, remove the tray and rinse off your teeth.
